I'm pretty decided to get a tattoo and I hope it happens soon. I want something very discreet on my hand, something characteristic for me, but I haven's made my mind yet about what it should be.

Main inspiration: Chanel's S\S 2010 Collection. I think Lagerfeld couldn't get it more right. The tattoos definitely give a chic yet grunge touch to the entire collection. Love, love, love!

The bad side about getting a tattoo is surviving the terrible pains. So firstly I have to prepare myself physically, to endure the suffering.

As a part of the gypsy theme, we had Al, the tattoo artist, over at the office. He had the coolest looking hairstyle, and the most wonderfully colorful toolkit. He had some really funky patterns, that the office people happily lapped up. He uses an organic henna mixture in his temporary tattoo mix, and as far as I know, there were no allergic reactions noted. He even asked us all if we had something specific in mind and then he would draw it for us. Happiness! The guy is very good at his work. He owns a tattoo salon in Bandra. In fact, the colorful mural that we all loved so much was done by him for the office. Just how cool is this guy? In the couple of hours that he was there, Al finished some twenty temporary tattoos. Lightening fast. I have never been able to gather the courage to get a permanent tattoo, but I got a temp one, a tiny devil. Loved it! Of course the ideas that Haven is somehwere above us in the clouds or way up in the sky in some magical place must've lead early artists to the conclusion that angels had to have some form of transportation between heaven and earth. This might have lead to the wide use of angel wings. Who knows how this really got all started but it is clear today anyone with a pair of wings must be a special being from God.
